Due to the way our store partners accept release information, it can take different amounts of time for updates to be completed.
Once your support request is received, it is reviewed by our staff within 24 hours. If we require additional information from you we will respond to you via email to the contact you selected when submitting the request.
Once we begin to action the request, different stores will respond in different amounts of time depending on the store and type of request:
1. Updating artists, titles, track data, artwork or track wave files
An update is sent to each store. It can take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 days for them to act upon this request .
2. Taking down a whole release
An update is sent to each store. It can take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 days for them to act upon this request.
If you have an EMERGENCY takedown request, e.g. a track being leaked, please also email us and we will follow up with the main stores to try and have the release taken down sooner.
3. Changing ISRCs, adding or re-ordering tracks in a release
In order to do this the existing release must be taken down and a new release distributed. Any play counts / playlist entries / chart entries will be lost. It can take up to 5 days for the new release to be distributed to all stores.
