You can add recipients by going to Promotion > Recipients
Just add the recipient name, company, title or affiliation and email address and select the promotion list you want to add this recipient and finally hit the Add Recipient button.
If you want to add multiple recipients just click on the Add Multiple Recipients option
In this view you can select how many recipients you want to add by selecting the number of rows you need. Every recipient can be assigned freely to a list of your choice or all recipients can be added to a specific list by using the “Add all to list…” function.
If you already have a list (you can export from Outlook or other email clients) and you need to upload all those recipients in one go just select the Upload Recipients option.
Make sure that the file you wish upload is in csv, xls or txt format.
Recipients first names should be in column A, second names should be in column B and email addresses should be in column C.
Select the file and upload - once the file is uploaded the recipients can be assigned freely to a list of your choice or all recipients can be added to a specific list by using the “Add all to list…” function.
Creating Promotion Lists
Just add a list name and define the settings (Attach To label, Feedback, Wav Download)
Attach to Label: This dropdown menu will list all the labels on your account, you can select the label you want to attach to this list.
Feedback: This dropdown menu will display 3 options (Required, Optional and No required) , the Required option will force the recipient to give feedback to be able to download the files, Optional will give the option to the recipients of freely decide to give feedback or not but they will be able to download the files if they decide to not give feedback, the last option Not required will let the recipients to download the files without leaving any feedback.
Wav Download: Here is where you can grant permission to the recipients to download a Wav file or not, if you select No the recipients will only be able to download mp3 files.
